Rich Jarvis

Rich Jarvis has built a career that thrives on overcoming challenges with successes spanning industries from farming and finance to real estate and innovation. As President of Epic Capital Funds, Rich is well-equipped to navigate the fluctuations of the real estate market, supported by colleagues who share his vision and expertise. Rich's entrepreneurial spirit and ownership experience are complemented by 26 years in management and 15 years in the financial industry, where he has worked as a lender, insurance broker, financial services consultant, and real estate fund manager.

Since forming the ECW partnership in 2023 with Cedar and Sage homes and the Walsh group, they have successfully capitalized over $450 million in real estate developments throughout the Intermountain West. Rich’s passion for real estate began in 2003 with his first home rental, and he has since deepened his expertise by reading hundreds of business and real estate books and working with real estate funds to source and underwrite properties. Among his many achievements, Rich has brought $39 million in new business, and earned top-ten producer and national recognition in his first year in financial services. He is also a U.S. patent holder for the Electronic Personal Record, a secure platform that empowers consumers to control their personal data.

Rich's strong work ethic was instilled early in life, growing up on a farm in Meridian, Idaho, where he launched his first business hauling hay for local dairy farmers. As his ambitions grew, so did his accomplishments. He earned an M.B.A. from Boise State University on a Pathway to Innovation scholarship and an Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University.

Rich’s greatest inspiration comes from his family—his wife, Rebecca, and their five children. In addition to his professional pursuits, he dedicates five to ten hours each week volunteering with local church and youth programs, including the YMCA. Outside of work, Rich enjoys waterskiing, cryptocurrency, and competing in triathlons. He has completed five Ironman 70.3 races and even placed second in his age group.
